Over the 25 years of my life I've come to the realisation that I tend to be wrong about things, so don't be offended by my ratings too much.
The directors choice to film so many times through silk and linen curtains, through windows and the use of mirror reflections is a clever way of showing us we're never quite sure of who others are or what they're really doing. Yet, we insist on talking and gossiping and creating rumours. The destructive expectations and demands of others upon our lives, despite their hypocrisy, is deeply touched and commented in this incredibly artistic film.
