Spider-Man: Far From Home

Spider-Man: Far From Home ★★★½

Lacks the freshness and originality that “Homecoming” had, making it feel like just another entry in the MCU as opposed to another great Spider-Man movie.
It’s still fun because the characters are great and Tom always bring his best to the table. Jake is amazing as Mysterio, earning probably the title for best part of the movie.
Action felt bland, most likely due to a lack of powerful and guided direction. The score was mostly forgettable, which is sad due to how great it was in Homecoming.
Peter and MJ’s relationship comes out of nowhere but I guess we have to accept that(?).
All in all, it was a fun movie because it’s a Spider-Man movie, but it just wasn’t what it could’ve been and it ultimately fails to wow or bring something fresh to the table. Still, fun.
