The Punisher 1989
Not nearly as terrible as I'd been lead to believe! Sure, it's not great, but it's a solid Punisher story and fun in a damaged late '80s-dark-superhero film kinda way, if that makes any sense.
35mm print looked about brand new, which probably helped some.
