Every now and then you see a movie that reminds you why you liked movies in the first place. This was one of those movies for me. Not what I expected at all and honestly one of those movies best going in not knowing much about it. Just a really unique and fresh perspective on dating in today’s world. Surprisingly funny. One of my the best uses of a chapter structure I’ve seen in a movie in some time. Renate Reinsve is fucking incredible. There’s a scene where she’s overlooking Olso as the sun is setting and you can see the wheels turning in her head as she is deciding to make a risky decision and it’s some of the best acting I’ve seen in some time. Just great.
