This was such a delightfully twisted blast. Really finds a nice balance of mixing in some surprisingly gut busting dark humor while also delivering the expected campy thrills and gore, while easily being one of the most entertaining films of the summer. The entire cast is pretty great, Samara Weaving is bound to be a major star soon enough and Adam Brody is such an unexpected hoot here. Olpin & Gillet set up a pretty unsettling atmosphere right from the get go, but Busick's Murphy pretty clever script never lets it take itself too seriously, even when it goes off the rails it's so much fun. Really flies by as well, not a moment feels like a waste.
