    I remembered this fondly but I think I was really just thinking about the Point Pleasant lore more generally, as this was tedious. Very boring. Occasionally some good scenes that expound upon the sorts of ideas John Keel was expounding but those moments are rare.

    Honestly pretty dull. Some fun additions to the Marvel Universe though, I thought this Aztec Namor was really cool. He's got nothing on Polynesian Aquaman but I welcome the sight of any classic Marvel character in these movies who isn't just "Spy #474849".

It's very dumb, but thankfully it's the "haha yes" sort of dumb that King of the Monsters didn't quite master.
