Ryan Beard’s review published on Letterboxd:
Contains both my favorite opening kill in the franchise and perhaps the most heartbreaking one. I know there's been some mixed feelings over the years regarding this sequel's "killer reveal," but I kind of dig it (well, at least half of it) and it feels like a fun homage to one particular 80s slasher franchise's initial villain reveal. It's pretty astonishing that this managed to come out a mere year later after its predecessor and it never really misses a step.
Anyway, I've been mixing dayquil and nyquil so I need some rest before revisiting Scream 3.
