Xander Red Ramen’s review published on Letterboxd:
There are so many war movies out there that highlights the brotherhood between soldiers, and the bravery of those who fought. But I prefer these ugly kind of war movies that portray war for what it really is- men pitted against each other, under orders by higher-ups who treat war like a game of chess, and human lives as just a number. Just another movie reminding me how unjust, cruel and horrendous the first world war was.
Ughh, that chubby Bill Burr lookalike, hated him! And ughhh, that stupid young boy! Gah!
