Daniel Kibbe’s review published on Letterboxd:
A strong entry in a fantastic trilogy, Before Midnight is a great film. It delivers everything you want, from great performances from Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy to an incredible script. It's pleasant on every level.
Everything that was great about the previous films returns here. Richard Linklater delivers a masterful script, filled with dialogue and characters that feel real. You feel like you are looking in on Celine and Jesse's lives, that these are real people, and you care for them. It's a true description of relationships and marriage. And it's all thanks to Richard Linklater.
Never feeling trivial, Before Midnight is a fantastic film, with some of the best characters and dialogue out there.
