My favourite type of film. Quiet, introspective, intimate, and about love. Nothing feels forced, everything is sincere in its simplicity. There is a sadness to it that feels familiar. It is the sadness of lonely people, who keep to themselves and suffer in silence. People who observe the little things. But it is this sadness that leads to the truest of bonds. Connection is hard to come by, one should strive to keep it. I love this film, it is human in every way I want to be. I will keep it with me.

I've been in a Tarantinoish mood lately so after rewatching my favourite of his movies, Inglorious Basterds last week I decided to do the same for Django Unchained, my second favourite, today. This is just a brilliant movie on every single level.
