Creek’s review published on Letterboxd:
It was as great as I expected but not in the way I expected if that makes sense. It doesn’t fit the mold of what is generally considered to be “fun” but instead sneaks up on you with a wild and fascinating tale of treachery. I’m having trouble even describing the experience but this film manages to be incredibly bizzare while also being immensely satisfying. Masterfully crafted both visually and in writing. The two leads are absolutely brilliant in their roles and I’ll be disappointed if neither is nominated at the Oscars but I wouldn’t be surprised. Academy voters are as crusty as all the people in the indie theater where I saw this.
