YI JIAN’s review published on Letterboxd:
It's amazing how there is such stark differences in terms of tone and execution between all three films of the vengeance trilogy despite sharing the same theme and director, highlighting Park Chan Wook's resourcefulness as a filmmaker. Among the three entries, Lady Vengeance (Gorgeous poster, by the way.) might just be the most bizarre and least tragic one. It shares the same offbeat humor and style as I'm a Cyborg but *nervous chuckle* a romantic comedy this is sure as hell not. Check your pulse at the door, because when the final torture scene arrives you won't be needing them.
