The Ron Says: See it.  Lee Chang-dong's Burning is quite literally slow burning.  That said it's the good kind of slow burn.  Intriguing throughout it's 2h 28min runtime with what I'd describe as a mysterious character study.  The mystery aspect is equal parts interesting and frustrating.  It leaves the viewer never quite sure of anything.  This both works in the films favor and against it.  Overall I enjoyed my time with this film.  I'm just not sure about the empty feeling it left me with in the end.
