Getting pretty used to re-makes to the point I have no energy to fight them. They just keep on coming! So let ‘em in. But OH this is a reimagining so they get to do whatever they want. GOT IT. This is stylish yet bloated. Great dancing. Sometime scary, other times just as confusing (if not more!) than the original. It almost forces an immediate re-watch on the viewer, but probably just because it is being lazy and convoluted with its storytelling. The doctor and the Mom side stories sucked ass. Cut ‘em. Shave an hour off this sucker! Looks great overall though. TILDA FOR LYFE.
