Echo in the Canyon 2018
Could they have had any more of an energy vampire conduct those interviews? Nobody on screen seemed interested at all. I feel like there was a lot more to be tapped into with this subject, but instead we got about 15-20 minutes of Jakob Dylan performances. I can’t forget that Graham Nash interview either. Do we need to see Dylan’s expressionless reactions to every five words spoken? The end credits were extremely self-indulgent too. “Starring Jakob Dylan” got its own slide followed by “Featuring Tom Petty, Norah Jones, Beck...” His first starring role was in a documentary.
