I walked in expecting basically nothing, and left pleasantly surprised!! 

Loved the visuals, Buzz’s arc in the film, and Giacchino’s score was a big stand out here too. I wish the story as a whole was as interesting as its first and final acts, but not mad about it. Could’ve done without a couple side characters too.

Overall though, Lightyear was a great experience, and had it come out when I was an 8 year old, it would’ve been my favorite movie too.
