Treasure Island on drugs.

Probably the realest movie I’ve ever seen. Good ol’ Florida.

Well, that was certainly something.

Ha ha ha. What a story Mark!

Imagine being a parent of a little kid and thinking “This is the guy who made My Neighbor Totoro and Spirited Away. My kid’s gonna love this movie!” Then they turn it on and people’s limbs are brutally chopped off on screen.

Disturbing.

That was…interesting. It kept me on the edge of my seat. Some of the mystery was solved. Some of it wasn’t, but that makes it even better. All in all, a really good movie. Andrew Garfield was fantastic as per usual.

The best wedding ever, a legendary final battle, and multiple Jacks. Between this and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest, there will never be a clear winner for which one I love more.

Davy Jones is not only one of the greatest CGI villains of all time, but also one of the greatest CGI characters in general. Fight me.
