Isaac Sanchez’s review published on Letterboxd:
This movie is listed as a slow burn on Netflix, and that feels like an understatement, the movie is only 2 hours long, but the first half feels like it’s own movie, it wasn’t until the end, that it all came together, and when it does come together it is very satisfying, all the little details show to us from before finally make sense.
The acting is top notch, Bill Skarsgård was amazing as always, Harry Melling just was delightfully insane, Tom Holland really surprised me with his preference, and I’m actually excited to see him in more non mainstream films. But Robert Pattinson really stole the show, he got under my skin I’m all the right ways.
And to top it all off the score was amazing, and gave the audience a constant sense of unease.
