Zane Foyle’s review published on Letterboxd:
This film, to me, is one of the best things I've ever seen. From it's absolutely absurd story and characters, to it's beautifully vibrant colours, there's nothing that I can't love about it. A lot of scenes made me laugh, not at the film, but just at the odd decisions the characters made. And if we saw these people in real life, we could only assume that they are up to no good. However, in this film, it's perfectly normal to have A MONKEY AS A COMPANION, WALKING AROUND WITH YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS. It's crazy, but it's easy to fall in love with. A part of me feels sick while watching this, but another part PRAISES it's needlessly explicit nature. This film is cursed as hell, but still, absolutely amazing.
And who thought this could happen?
I'm about to say it,
This film is my favourite film of all time now.
