humanity is amazing! they made a movie about 12 angry (though i expected more outbursts for some reason when i pressed play) and impatient white men, the almost entirety of which takes place in a single room, this interesting!! makes you wonder what else we're capable of!

everyone gave excellent performances, but i especially loved juror #9 (obviously), juror #10 (the old man made some excellent points), juror #4 (a man of his principles, respect that!), and juror #11 (excellent…

philip marlowe using random surfaces to light his matches is probably top 3 sexiest moments in human history. multiple characters called him pretty at least 20 times in the film, and they were absolutely right every single time!

need to kiss this cat-loving pretty loser so bad actually......

i want to say this: emily was extraordinary. and i can't believe emma mackey hasn't been continuously nominated for awards all around.

this was basically a perfect film. there were absolutely amazing performances from the cast, with oliver jackson-cohen giving his everything. the tension whenever him and emma were together onscreen was really really excellent. i mean, you cast ojc as a (very) hot priest who's deeply, maddeningly in love with a girl he has INSANE chemistry with... oh your…

glad i am on the right side of history, because this is even more perfect on a rewatch omg. speaking my truth: michelle, ke, and stephanie all deserve the oscars!! the story somehow unfolded even better a second time, like everything makes perfect sense, fits like a puzzle, when you know the full picture, the daniels are a genius! and honestly, i wouldn't even mind if this won best picture lol

somehow, the fact that nothing matters in this shit piece of world makes me really happy. that's art right there!

shahrukh khan looks like he's in pain throughout the movie and it's because he's regretting his choice of agreeing to do the film without looking at the script.

was invested ONLY in jimmy shergill's romance, and that might've been because he looks sooo cute. i mean i was clearly distracted

ohhh love is REAL real omg!! such a grandiose, bollywood story with almost perfect execution. this had everything to make it a perfect bollywood movie: the romance, the drama, gorgeous cinematography, stunning shots filled with colour, shah rukh khan, set of events impossible in the real world etc. feeling more single and more alone than ever, so thanks for that yash chopra (go watch the romantics…

    "are you crazy?!"

ethan hawke's delivery of the line hasn't left my head at all. the chemistry him and julie deply have is honestly crazy... one for the history books!! such an amazing, beautiful film, and the dialogues in this felt so natural, even when they were talking about weird topics. the (wannabe) screenwriter in me was giggling lol

made me feel sad in a "i'll never find love" and "omg when is it my turn" way. what more can a girl want!
