The two song run of Something About Us and Voyager will never fail to make me tear right the fuck up in this.

Just the best fucking album. The best album and the best visuals. An absolute gift.

I’ve never played an Uncharted game but I’m gonna assume this is better than all of those motherfuckers

Hard boiled, surreal, absolutely oozing atmosphere out of every single pore in its body. I feel like the director put every scene in the movie on a list and chose a completely random way to shoot each scene. There's a (once again) absolutely surreal quality to the way certain scenes are shot in comparison to how other scenes are shot in a way that seems downright alien at times.

The final fight scene in this movie might be one of the most beautifully paced and shot fight scenes I have ever seen in my entire life.

The story of one man who really wants a bunch of carnys and nerds on the internet to not hate him. Walks the line between a work and a shoot in a way that’s disconcerting at first, but becomes slightly endearing after a certain point. 

Personally I’d switch around where the emphasis is put on - less weird detours in what may or may not be an actual backyard wrestling league and more of his actual 2018/2019 indie run.
