The French Dispatch is the film equivalent of a Wes Anderson amusement park, captivating audiences with color, chaos, and countless curious characters. It’s also the most Wes Anderson movie that Wes Anderson has ever made, and whether that’s a good or bad thing depends on where you fall on the rest of his filmography. However, as a long-time admirer, I ate it UP.
