Finding the right story, to establish a resting Cult-Movie anew isn't easy. But laying off with the white lines would've maybe helped in some regards. Like the constant screaming of our main damsel in distress. But the splatter count is high, gross and when ever do we get a chance to see Dennis Hopper wield not one, but two Chainsaws ever again? Exactly. That's what makes this movie a still-fun-to-watch flick, but the sheer terror from the first is gone.
